Disgusted with Bolt drivers

My husband FORGOT his phone in the car and we called the driver KhAYALETHU he answered the call and told my husband he would drop the phone off during the day as it's a month's end and he was very busy. That was on Friday and we called him again the Sat and he told us no don't worry I will bring the phone you can trust me' He still didn't bring the phone, so disappointed cos we still waiting for him. We had to block the phone and now he doesn't have a phone. We just bought the phone in June.
