I requested a ride 2 weeks back which was R101(mind u payment was Card) , the driver purposely took the longest route. The money was deducted by the time he got to my location okay fine, when I reached my destination just when I was about to rate him I noticed that the ride price has increased to R151 which I didn't pay any attention to because I had already paid using the card. Now today (28/01/21) I get debited R151 while I'm at work (I last requested a ride on Monday the 25th).I'm sending emails but no response. I'm never using this app ever again.
