Disgusted and disappointed with pathetic services from Bolt South Africa

This afternoon the 24th of April 2024, my daughter got a ride on VW POLO VIVO, driver's name is Thabo Lucas Ramadi. The trip was R104 but after dropping of the child, the driver didn't end the trip and it continued charging of R37. Because I share the trip and monitor it, I noticed the that the vehicle was on the same spot for a long time, I called my daughter to check if she was okay only to be told that she is already home. That is day light *******. Are we safe? the other competitor is the best and safest. Bolt system is the worst and no customer support whatsoever. They don't care about customers.
