Disgrace

I have had a few bad experciences in the last few weeks but today is by far the worst. We are on holiday and we used bolt to get from the one spot to the next. We forgot our flat keys as well as my sunglasses with my sunglasses, R300 and my bank card. After 6mins of being dropped we realized this and immediately called the driver and we were unable to reach him. After getting someone to track him (because bolt support cant help us) we get hold off. We were willing to compensate him but immediately he starts neogating with us because he now knows that we need our keys. He evenuatlly pitches up and we realize that the money and the glasses are gone we ask him because surely he must off realized our stuff is there. He says he doesnt know who took it. What ****es me off is that bolt support does not exist and if this drivers number that is linked to his profile answered his phone all this could have been avoided. They disgusting, dishonent and the support is useless! Think twice before you use them....
