Disappointing treatment from bolt South Africa

This is day light ******* I normally use bolt to travel from home to the malls to do my shopping. A month a go I would pay as little as R18.00 the most I would pay was R22 rand's but now price for a 2 km ride have doubled even tripled. I use their services it because they were had competitive rates and that it picks me up from my gate clean and safe cars compared to taxis. but now they are robbing us bling with the exorbitant prices they are charging. To make ******ion worst is that when you go to the app it is always saying prices are high now due to demand morning noon night it's always the same excuse and worst still is their cheapest offering bolt go service when requesting a ride the drive will accept and then cancel the ride it is an everyday thing not once have I requested a bolt go service will a driver come pick me up. I am highly disappointed that they could decide to hike their prices so much when most people who use their services are financially strained.
