Disappointing Experience on November 29, 2023

I recently used Bolt for a ride on November 29, 2023, at 7:33 AM, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The car provided was in poor condition, visibly dirty, and exhibited mechanical issues that raised concerns about safety.

What was even more alarming was the discovery that the driver did not possess a valid license when we entered my work security gate. This not only violates the fundamental standards of safety but also poses a significant risk to passengers.

Such instances are entirely unacceptable and compromise the integrity of the service. As a qualified car mechanic myself, I understand the importance of regular vehicle maintenance and ensuring that drivers are licensed and qualified.

I strongly urge Bolt to thoroughly review and address these issues to maintain the trust and safety of its passengers. Reporting such incidents promptly is essential to uphold the high standards expected from a reputable ride-sharing service.
