Disappointed

I have been a loyal customer to bolt ,I use this service atleast 4 times a week,today I had an experience with the driver who firstly was impolite ,drove off while I was remove my items and a bag was left behind despite contacting the support center my items still remains with the driver, I have atleast R900 OF COLD ITEMS in this ba
