Different cars

I don't know if it's a complaint or how to put this really. I order a bolt for my son the guy Calle dme and said his using a different car than the app caus either car is being fixed, I then told him I'm gonna cancel as I don't trust it. Next bolt i order it supposed to be an avanza but when my son got in he doubled checked to see eif. The face of the person I sent and he got in. He got safe at home but the point is both drivers didn't come with the cars on app. Guys there is so much things happening in the world and stories you hear about bolt and Uber drivers. Please come with the cars on your app and not spin us stories. Just glad my son is safe home but anything could have happened. You get sick ppl out there. Bolt please get your driver's in order and not let them change cars like they change there underwear or if they do allow them to change it on app on the day. We can't trust anyone
