Despicable service

Good evening

I am writing this review with utter disgust with one particular driver, this morning I requested a bolt on behalf of a friend, the request was accepted, payment went off to my surprise the driver ended up driving in the opposite direction I made the request for,luckily my friend got off furthermore he **** and said he cancelled the request when I was the one who cancelled it I want my money that went off for a ride that never happened.
