De*****ing and bad service

I had requested a ride from O.R Tambo international airport where i encountered a problem with the driver who firstly wanted me to cancel the ride on my side as he did not have enough petroleum to transport me to my destination and he further said that i think i am clever and try to claim using my banking app and trying to de***** me as i received a call from my bank from my bank. Im am very disappointed and very scared of ever using my banking details on the app.
