De*****ed by bolt driver

On the 12th of Feb 2022 I requested a trip from 21 Fred Nicholson street in Pretoria to Kempton park west, trip was accepted by Derek with a license plate number HC88TLGP Vehicle Hyundai Accent. Derek didn’t reach the pick up location but charged my card ZAR225.00 I tried calling him but his phone was on voicemail and I contacted bolt however theirs response was very disappointing and failed to assist. I have full length of communication with bolt. All I want is for bolt to refund my money. Unhappy bolt client
