Daylight robery

I booked a ride this morning. The app quoted me R101. The driver was pretty quick to pick me up. Had no issues with the ride. The problem came in 5 min after I was dropped at my destination. I was charged R214. I contacted support. Rory.M.E started to assist me, only to come back later saying that they spoke to the driver and checked his pings. The driver charged me for a return trip, because he drove back to where he Originally picked me up. I affective ly paid more than double I was charged for the driver and the app is *****ing from me, and they are justifying it with a nonsens excuse. I told the operator Rory.M.E that I am not happy with the outcome and tried to call the driver but I am now being ignored
