I requested a ride from Gateway mall Umhlanga to Parade Hotel Durban and was charged twice. I paid R134 which was the price on the app. We waited 10 minutes for the driver to get to his vehicle. After arriving at our hotel, I was charged R263 again. Which means I paid R397 for a single trip that is less than 30 minutes. I contacted Bolt support for answers and they told me I had a return trip, which is not true. The driver specifically told us that we were his first trip of the day. How can this happen and why is Bolt so unprofessional, by not responding further to my query? I want my refund of R263, I will not be ****** in broad daylight by ************ drivers. Pay back the money Bolt!
