Daylight ******* disguised as authorisations!

Bolt refused to return the rest of my money that they took for pre-authorisation. I have only received a portion of my money. My bank returned it to me, but it was short. There are transactions labelled removed which were never credited to me or my account. R1307 in total taken. Only R673 returned to me.

Each time I ask for assistance, no one takes time to review my case or goes through my attachments. All their replies are automated and generic.
