Daylight *******!

My son booked a ride on the 31st and it showed R39. From school to home is 3km. Normally l pay between R20-R35. So R39 is still acceptable. However, they reversed the R39 and took R84 instead. I've been querying this and I keep getting the same responses even though the Bot said I was being transfered to an agent...this is so unacceptable!
