Day light *******!

So this is not the first time that a trip is being charged more than the initial price. I sent an in app message a few months ago when it first happened and to this day had no response. This morning the same thing happened the initial amount was deducted from my account, reversed then amount was increased and deducted!!! you are basically *****ing from me. My question is if I had the exact amount of cash as the initial amount that the ride would have cost, what then? you never respond and to my in app messages, this is not good business!
