I have been using bolt for the past 20 days or so...there couple of times where i have been wrongly charged when i ask they tell me it was a pre authorization the money will be refunded but they have never refunded me.sometimes the driver cancel the trips still charge me cancelation fee even if i didn't cancel ...m sick of this and i keep getting same answer from the robot.this is *****
