Good Afternoon

I took a ride on Friday 19 April and I left my parcel/product on the car that I requested. Drivers name Bongani Number plate blue Renault kwid:LB35BBGP. At first I called the driver then he said he will call me back, to date I was not contacted by the driver A complaint was sent to their support channel and the said they will contact the driver to call me back and they will revert back to me but I am the one who had to make a follow up. That's pathetic service, loosing a product and failed to recover it No one contacted me, I had to follow up with them..
