I ordered bolt, charge was R24. They took the money from my account and said the driver will be there in 5 minutes. The vehicle did not move for 15 minutes, the driver ignored the phone calls and the in app calls and eventually cancelled it from his side. I eventually got another Bolt but the cost was now R32. Total waiting time 30 minutes. So much for 5 minutes

I messaged Bolt, as I want a refund for a refund of the money they took for services they had no intention of delivering, which is a ******** act. They just ignoring it.
