*****ery and Thievery

I am absolutely disgusted with the service received from Bolt. You are given a price on your trip and then at the end of your trip the price is increased. Money is just taken out of your account with your consent.

I used Bolt yesterday was given a price of R 156.00, their driver used another route and I was overcharged for the trip by R 76.00. I instructed the driver to use the route on the gps but clearly he didn't. Which isn't my issue but when I contacted the Bolt support they offered me a R 100.00 voucher when I dont need that. I need my funds to be paid back to me. Then when I declined the offer I was told to pay Bolt R 156.00 and then they would pay me R 232.00. I have never heard of such bull****. I want the difference to be refunded to me immediately.
