******** Employees( Theft) is their thing not driving people.

I just got our of a bolt 11:55 got to work and realized I left my cellphone in the bolt I was using. Called him at 12:03 he said I am in greenacres I suggest we meet so I can collect my cellphone he then changed his story by saying his in Town I still said ok lets meet there when I was about to leave his in motherwell and I am told I must collect my Phone by his house. But on the second call I realized this guy is a ***** and he has no intentions of bringing back my cellphone with my bankcard aswell. Whilst on the call I was told I am a stupid ***** and he is not going to waste his petrol to bring my Phone my problem is this guy clearly did not go through any thorough checks if he has ******** tendacies and he seems very comfortable like his done it before. This company does clearly then not value it's South Africans if we are subjected to this form of abuse....The way he swore at me made me think this guy seems to think he is superior because he basically tells me go to the police see if he care.

pathetic and this will be my mission to see that Bolt will not service anyone in SA. The majority of bolt users is females as per statistics imagine that stopping.
