My first experience with Bolt last week Friday, was also my worse experience with any transport driver. It left me wondering if the company does any background checks on its drivers. Uber drivers are very reliable and trustworthy, but bolt drivers are the opposite - *********. This one driver, Sibonelo Mkhize, from Durban, gave me a trip only to ***** from me whilst i went to the ATM. Luckily i realised that part of my stuff had been tampared with. However, i only managed to recover some, but not all of my stuff from him. I found this behavior to be unruly, unthical, unprincipaled and unproffessional. Bolt should do better to make sure they employ drivers who are reliable and trustworthy. Sibonelo Mkhize's number is +***7. People, be warned, this one is very dangerous !
