CRIME AND ****S WITH BOLT RIDES

I requested a ride Today, the driver accepted the ride and called after few minutes confirming the complex name. He immediately cancelled the ride and charged me R20...what on earth was that?? This is crime, not even closer to professionalism. Using your bank card for a payment is not safe with BOLT, these guys are ****s.
