Costumer service is ...

Costumer service is terrible they billed my card R100 and the driver canceled now they don't want to give a refund saying they charging that R100 as a cancelation fee... Furthermore the driver's don't come with the cars it shows on the app.... The cars are always in a terrible condition windows don't work the door don't open. I have complained many times to they support on the app but either no response or they don't give a **** about the safety of passangers
