Conned by "Tom" (not even sure if it's his real name #Idiot)

My boyfriend and I both worked late on Wednesday so we booked an uber home from PnP Douglasdale. Not only was he late but the driver that accepted our ride wasn't the same driver that picked us up as per the picture. To make matters worse he somehow deleted the ride history so I can't pick it up form my side. He then showed up this morning (Friday) telling my mom my bf did not pay him and without knowing the situation she gave him R230 and it was only R165 as I had a promo when I booked. Also the Bolt customer care is not answering when I called them so I am livid and I'm never using Bolt again !!!
