Complaint

I have a review about Bolt SA in vanderbijlpark a driver who was so rude and unprofessional. Total bad behavior from him this morning while traveling with my son. He wasted my time while he stopped and had his car sprayed with water. Then as I complained to let him know what he is doing is wrong... He continued to wait and waste even more of my time. Then he threatened to take me back to where he picked. His name is Lawrence driving a white Suzuki. These drivers treat us like *******, just because the Bolt app gave me a discount and they disrespect us in front of our kids.

This is painful as we do this to also support these drivers. This is unacceptable from Bolt.
