Complaint

Good morning .

I'm here to lay a complain against Bolt taxify SA . I requested Bolt from Johannesburg Central this being because I was late for work, once the ride was done and I was dropped off at the destination. As soon as I got to the office i realized that i forgot my cellphone in the driver's car . I then used a colleague's phone and I dialled my cellphone number it rang the first time around and he didnt pick up I'm assuming this is because I was sitting at the back and obviously the phone was there . I called the second time around and that's when he picked the phone . I then told him I forgot my phone in his car , he first said he does not have a car, and hung up. I called him the second time he picked up and told me that his far from where he dropped me off and in should send him money for petrol to come, I then told him to come because how sure am I that once the money's been sent he'll come . When I used a phone's colleague to find my iPhone I realized that his down the road meaning he **** . The third time my partner called him on my phone and he picked up he told him that his in Pretoria and he needs money but he'll come to the office where I work. After 30 minutes I called my phone back only for it to be off . After work I went to the police station , I did a sim swap to find his direct line , when the police officer called him he said we should give him 30 minutes . 30 minutes later we called him back and he tells us the phone is in Tembisa then he hung up . We called him back he tells us that his not the one who was driving his car today he has a driver. To this date this guy hasn't returned my cellphone at all and it's got private and confidential information including my work files. It makes me so upset to think he kept giving us a run around . Bolt my please make it a point to attend to this case as I've been sending them emails with no luck .
