COMPLAINT

We have requested a ride from Bolt and the price is different every day.?? It is the same Pick-up and Drop-off.. (the same distance) I have lodged a complaint via e-mail and have not received a proper response.. Yesterday - 18/03/21, we requested a ride, and a guy said we must contact him every time we need a ride. He's name was not the same neither the photo??? How save is this BOLT really????
