I have not received a parcel that was bolted to me since last week Thursday(05/12/24) till today Bolt trip details - Suzuki Swift, grey JH53YL-GP Kgotsofalo Mohomani The response we are getting from Bolt help email is " they are still waiting for the driver to respond to their email and that is when they will be able to tell when will I get my parcel.
