Complain about receipt after a ride

I took a ride on the 22nd of November 2022 with bolt and I did not receive my receipt. I called the driver after and he promised to check and come back to me and that never happened. I need that receipt to claim back my money at work as the trip was for work. Now I do not know how to get hold of bolt and I am in desperate need of talking to a consultant because I need to claim my money back.
