CJ12PNGP Bolt driver should be fired for *****ing phone and driving off!!!!

We took a ride,asked if we could charge our phone. Offloaded groceries and he drove off with our phone. License plate CJ12PNGP.we then got video footage of him as well.he then switched off the phone so we cannot contact him.this company has no immediate number we can contact? In this day and age how does one even report an incident if they have no phone???!!!! Theres no toll free number to call and complain.i cant believe how dishonest these drivers can be and no wonder the they are targeted during taxi strikes.they say they want to earn an honest living but they are ******* robbing ppl!!! Imagine if we cant contact a ***** then how much injustice for a man who does and even more heinous crime!!!
