******** Charges Committed By Bolt_SA. I stand to be Refunded My Funds

Bolt refuses to take accountability. Case no. *** So I have endured being ********ly charged/debited for unknown rides that have been happening not only once but twice in a space of just a week on my account and these rides do not even appear on my history rides which you would find on their app.

So i raise this matter with them, and in as much as I even explained to them that this is a pressing issue because it is really a traumatic experience to realize that some kind of *****ulence could be transpiring with the use of my bank account and I would love for bolt to better explain and put an end to it all before more damage is being done at my own cost. I managed to share the dates and amounts of which the unrecognizable charges have been taken place. To further elaborate, bare in mind these request do not appear on my history rides nor did I request any rides on the 27th June 2023, with the charge of R73 being deducted from my account. Followed by another unrecognizable charge of R109 on the 29th of June 2023. Furthermore, bolt is able to detect that there are multiple users linked to my account, which I can boldly confirm that I have never shared my bank account details with either friends nor family infact I hardly use Bolt due to having my own vehicle so majority of the time I am transporting myself. Moreover, what really upsets me is that they are referring me to sort out the issue with my bank whereas, my information has been compromised on their side. To even add on, I went to my bank and the best they could assist me is to block the old and change my card at a cost ofcourse. Basically in this whole ordeal, I live to experience a loss of R73 +R109 +R70 (for creating a new card) honestly this is exploitation and bolt still stand to say they do not refund. Honestly this is unfair and I am disappointed in boltsa operations. ******* get to go on ripping people off at the expense of people of my likes who work hard for what may seem as small change. THIS NEEDS TO STOP!!!
