Charged for Bolt Trip - Driver said he arrived but was not there.

Good day,

I requested a bolt Trip from 127 Fox Street to 5 Kingwillow Crescent, Randjiesfontein on 04 January 2023.

My Go Hatch Driver claimed he arrived,bit did not. I attempted to call him, and message him. He did not respond. Then he proceeded to cancel the trip. He had exact address for me.

The trip went off my account for R191,with a R19 cancellation fee.

It is not showing on my app for me to dispute

Please can this be refunded as soon as possible as this was no fault of mine. I need that money back as soon as possible please. I see it is still pending on my bank account.

3 emails later and all the send me is the generic email for more information. I cannot go to the app and log any dispute BECAUSE THE RIDE IS NOT SHOWING THERE.
