Charged for a trip I never used

Extremely disappointed with the service! I requested a ride, and the driver approved it, but when I tried to get in touch, his phone was off. To my surprise, I was charged for a trip I never took. This is unacceptable. If the issue isn't resolved promptly, I'll be reporting this everywhere and demanding a refund. My money needs to be back in my account ASAP.
