Charged for a trip i didn't take by bolt

I requested a bolt ride and was charged R111. The money ws debited accordingly. After arrival i was charged another R194 by e same driver while at home. I called Siphiwe the polo vivo driver car registration CC56ST GP who said it ws Bolt's fault as he ended e trip. So i ws charged twice for a trip i didn't take. Had to contact the support team who said the trip ll b fully refunded after 10 business days. This is not right, hw do i get charged after a trip has ended without my knowledge. Its better to request cash trips bcoz i suspect there r drivers ot pple de*****ing unwary passengers
