Charged for a trip and the driver never showed up!

I tried to book a trip to OR Tambo on Monday 10 February 2020. The app showed that the driver, Talent, was 1 minute away. I waited for over 20 minutes, Phoned him twice, he did not bother to answer his phone. By this time there was a good chance that I would miss my flight as by then I only had 45 minutes to get to the airport from Fairland to OR Tambo. I had no choice but to cancel the trip and order an Uber which arrived in 1 minute as stated on their app. We barely made it on time. Bolt then had the nerve to charge me R385.00 for not pitching up. This was reported to them on the "support" option on the app but once again I was ignored. I demand that this charge be reversed or I will take legal action. They may be cheaper but they are extremely unreliable and I will never use them again.
