Charged for a ride that never took place

On the 25th of December 2024, I requested a ride from 25 Zeiss Road Honeydew to 306 Xuma Street Zola, Soweto, and was charged R274 before a driver could confirm. The transaction was reversed after a few seconds.

I requested a ride again, and the driver accepted my request. My account was debited with R274. When the driver got here, he said that he was scared to drive to Soweto and canceled the ride. I was charged R19 cancelation fee, and the R274 was never refunded to my account to date.
