Charged for a ride I did not request

On the 24th March I woke up to an bank notification , stating that bolt deducted R20 from my account than a minute late another one came through for R238 that one was unsuccessful due to insufficient funds, now bolt keeps on trying to take money from my account for a ride I did not request nor take . I logged a complain on their chat but instead of fixing this , the respond I got was them explaining to me how they charge their rides .
