CHARGED DOUBLE THE AMOUNT

Bolt is becoming getto by the day, they never reply to any messages when you have a problem with them. Today I was charged almost twice the original price of my ride with no explanation and the driver kept declining my call. This is not the first time this has happened and Bolt never does anything to assist. I want my money back please.
