Cellphone theft

I mistaken forgotten my Cellphone during my trip on this car CA 682729 Toyota Etios Silver, Drivers Name Alfred Tafadzwa and I did not recover my lost cellphone. This Driver consistently egnored my calls after a minute he dropped me off and my phone was ringing the entire 24 hours and he informed the next person who took the ride after me that he will answer my calls after the ride, which never happened... I reported this matter direct with Bolt with no success. Be careful of your items when riding with this people. The police will not open a case without your cell phone details, etc EMIE number... unfortunately I have all the proof of the Car,driver etc... but no further actions or positive feedback I received...
