I got ****** in a bolt Sunday morning. The guy took R2900 from me at gunpoint and I paid him R300 for the ride. I USE BOLT IN A DAILY BASES FOR MY CLIENTS THAT COMES TO DROP OFF THER VEHICLSE AT MY WORKSHOP. GUYS THIS IS NOT ON. FIND THIS GUY BRING BACK MY ****** MONEY AND WORK UNIFORM. I AM NOT LETTING THIS GO TILL THI IS RESOLVED. I AM NO LONGER USING BOLT FOR MY CLIENTS TILL THIS IS RESOLVED I WILL FIND ALTERNATIVE WAYS FOR NOW SINCE I DONT WANNA INDANGER MY CLIENT SINCE I WAS ALSO A VICTIN

18 Oct 2023, 20:57Guys I went to the police station nearby as advised and they are telling me I must go to attreridgevill police station. I don't see how I will get to this place since I was ****** my hole week salary and this happened close to the tolgate not in attreridgevill straight. Guys I use your app for my customers in a daily bases when the drop cars everyday. I am cutting business with you complete and I need my money back. I will make sure all social media platforms knows what happen to me and possibly what could happen to them since you failing to track this guy and get my money back and get him locked up. What kind of people do you hire Vele this is not on. I get a call from bolt softy officer telling me it is up to my hands to get this report filed. My question still stand, how do I get to the recommended polis station with the money I got ****** R2900??????

I have expanded that I went to the nearby police station and they send me to a police station nearby the place were the incident occurred and they said I should go repot this in alexander were I was sent of to Atteridgeville police station. I am now being sent from pillar to post with no assistance. Guys this **** is still out there and people will get hurt. I am still out of my cash that he took from me at gun point and no one seem to care.

26 Oct 2023, 08:38Bilt had no respect for customers, how do you make a business phone call at 04:21am. I was still sleeping a woke up my wife and kid because of this stupi phone call. I ant getting my money back and driver still being protected. I am cutting all ties with this business
