Card transaction for a trip that didn't happen.

Bolt charged me R363 for a trip that didn't happen and when they were asked to refund the funds they blamed Tyme bank claiming that the bank is holding onto the funds but when it clearly shows Bolt deducted the funds. I need to have the money refunded back to my card because this is tantamount to theft.
