Cannot Trust Bolt

I am regular user of the Bolt South Africa, today 05 February 2023 I requested a ride from Meadowlands Zone 7 to Moletsane Methodist Church, the driver by the name of Daniel Mopolokang Mokgosi responded to my request. On our arrival at the destination I realised that I left my phone in his car, I immediately requested someone to call my number, Mr Mokgosi answered and I told him that I left my phone in his car, but Mr Mokgosi asked me as to what am I talking about? thereafter Mr Mokgosi hung up and switched off the phone. I lodged a complaint with Bolt, and they told me they will investigate, until now I have not received any positive response. I was able to track an invoice of my ride and forwarded same to Bolt.

I am very disappointed with latest service I received from Bolt. This is the first time I experience such a bad service since I started making use of Bolt. May you kindly help me retrieve my work phone. I have lost trust with Bolt, and no longer feel safe enough to use their services.
