Cancelation of trips for cars that don't match description.

Bolt keeps on billing me for canceling trips for rides that do not match the description. On Sunday I canceled two rides that did not match the description and I was charged cancelation fee for both.How am I supposed to get into a car that is a different model and has different number plates from the car on the Bolt app and feel safe ? Why am being penalized for Bolts own incompetence ? Are you saying we must not cancel trips if descriptions don't match?.
