Can I kindly receive my refund amount that I made due to cancelation of trip from Brits to Ennate butchery because it's morethan 15 days now I've been waiting for it and I haven't received it yet following attachment my account number is capitec with details I have already lodged this complaint through app and online chatting with Alfred please see the following attachment I've also sent emails several times been trying to get hold of them their phone doesn't get through but I really need my refund 😢 because I want to use it of which I canceled on the 20 OF May 2026
