Can bolt do this??!!

I requested a ride on bolt with my husband phone today 05-07-2023 to Sky City Mall Vereenigin. My account was debited,but ride never took place.

It shows on Bank account, but it doesn't show anything on bolt-can this matter please be looked into as this is really urgent and I need to travel today.
