On the 15th I took a trip from the airport to home and my wallet fell out my bag. The driver called later to tell me found my drivers license. I called the next day to make arrangements with him to collect it. The ff day I realized you can no longer contact the driver via the app. I contacted bolt and was told that they cannot give out the drivers contact details. I gave mine instead. I have been following up daily and no response from the driver till now to return my license. I was told to go open a case and they will work with the police regarding this. All I want is to get my license back. Why must this be so difficult!
