Bull**** service and bully drivers

I just requested a ride for my siblings. Had a 30% discount, which means the ride costs went from R97 to R 67 or so. When it was time to end the ride, I get a call from my brother saying the driver (Shanê Zuze) registration (KJ92PR) became aggressive to both my siblings and bul**** them into paying almost R100. This is really unacceptable. We use this service thinking it is safe, reliable and trustworthy. Where else this company is hiring drivers that can't even drive (When he came to pick them up, he almost T-boned into traffic) who are bullies and ***********. Won't be using this **** again.
