Bothasig Bolt driver Alfred.

It's the second time that the driver in Bothasig area takes my ride and then just never pitches. He changes time or he stands on one spot and says he is coming. This makes me extremely late in the morning because by the time I get another driver, the traffic is hectic. Tried to contact bolt but then they just send u a message from a generated bot. The driver is Alfred and he does the bothasig area and I know everyone needs a job but not at other people's expenses! And twice I drove past him with the next driver and then he is sleeping or eating in his car like today! And I'm stuck in traffic with the same excuse.. I'm late because of the bolt driver? Do better Bolt!
