Bolt/Taxify terrible service

Bolt/Taxify I left a phone in the bolt car, went to the office and asked them to track the driver, he denied not seeing the phone. We called him before he had another ride, but still denied, I lost my phone even today.

Now I forgot my keys on Sunday, been asking them on the chat support to provide me with contact details so I can arrange with the driver myself to get the keys back so I can return to my house, they just read and not reply me. The chat support service is very disappointing, they don't care of your urgency, nothing. To think I have been their client for the past 5 years really is disappointing. What's so hard about giving me details to call the driver myself? I mean it's just keys this time, pretty sure in his car waiting for my call.
